Private 1:1 personal training studio located in Petersham, Richmond

We offer sessions with state-of-the-art Equipment like Reformer, Tower, Chair, MOTR and Barrels as well as

Mat Pilates, High Intensity Interval Pilates HIIP and Remedial Restorative Pilates.

We bring our training methods to the comfort of your own home wether you have your own gym, a reformer or just a yoga mat. If you don't have any equipment we can provide them.

Training at home will give you the opportunity to try our MOTR, a portable reformer we bring to your home. There wont be any excuses any more!

Training at home will help you manage your time better. Available for individual or duo training.

About

MEET THE TRAINER

Maria Cruz is qualified in the STOTT Classical Pilates methods in both Mat and Equipment training. She is teaching in different studios and locations around London working with many high profile clients.

Maria specializes in postural alignment, remedial, post injury, pre and post pregnancy and all levels of Pilates. She has experience in teaching in all kinds of Pilates environments: studios, mat, reformer, groups, individuals and private.

Maria’s excellent training skills allow her to fully challenge her clients. Her warm Venezuelan personality and attention to detail in both class and private settings are second to none.

Pilates for Fitness:

This program is designed to develop strength and mobility of your upper and lower body, core and balance. The exercises are based on the Pilates classical and contemporary movements with a mix of functional and conditioning training.

High Intensity Interval Pilates HIIP is a powerful program that mixes high and low intervals to help you to improve your cardio vascular system, fitness levels and reduce your body fat, helping you to lose weight.

Remedial, Restorative and Post Injury Pilates:

Pre and Post Pregnancy Pilates:

Pilates is for everybody, these sessions will be customize and tailored to address weakness, health conditions, postural problems or injuries. 

For decades Pilates has proved to be a successful form of exercise for clients with limitations, restrictions or special needs.

Pre & Post Pregnancy Pilates

Pre Natal Pilates is one of the safest most effective ways to exercise during the second and third trimesters of pregnancy. Strengthening the pelvic floor prepares the body for a smooth prenatal phase and birth.

Post Natal Pilates is very important for the new mom to strengthen the pelvic floor muscles after birth. Diastasis Recti, Abdominal Weakness, Prolapse, Pelvic Pain/Weakness and Incontinence can be a result of Pelvic Floor Dysfunction. These are the most common complications the new moms face after pregnancy. 

You are not alone anymore, we have the programme that will help you treat these conditions as quickly as possible. 

Athletic Pilates

Pilates is one of the best forms of conditioning a top tier athlete can participate in. The integration of the breathing, rib cage placement, scapula movements and stabilization combined with head and cervical placement and the smooth flowing movements allow the athlete to access all parts of the body individually, becoming more functional in their movements. 

With Pilates training, athletes can hit the ball further, run faster and jump higher while avoiding injuries. Pilates is therefore now very popular with Polo, tennis, baseball, footballers, basketball and golf players, as well as gymnasts, dancers, weight lifters and body builders.
